Terms of Service

Last updated: August 4, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by SolidLine Digital via solidline.digital. By submitting an inquiry or ordering a project, you agree to these Terms.

1. General information

The service provider is Roman Shliapin, operating as SolidLine Digital (website: solidline.digital). Contact: hello@solidline.digital.

2. Scope of services

We provide website design and development services for small businesses, including landing pages, multi-page business sites, lead-capture setup, and related digital tools as agreed in each individual proposal.

3. Order process

The client fills out a short inquiry form on our website. We respond within 24 hours with a proposal (scope, timeline, and price). The project starts only after both parties agree on the terms of the proposal.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are agreed individually for each project. Payment is typically split as follows: 50% upfront deposit before work begins, and 50% upon delivery of the completed website, unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Deadlines

Standard delivery time is 2–4 weeks from the project start date, depending on scope and client feedback speed. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, as specified in the proposal.

6. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide necessary content (texts, images, logos, and other materials) and feedback within the timeframes agreed in the proposal. Delays on the client’s side may extend the delivery timeline.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client owns the final delivered website and custom materials created specifically for the project. Until full payment is received, SolidLine Digital retains all rights to the work product.

8. Liability limitations

We deliver the website and agreed technical setup to the best of our ability. We are not responsible for the client’s business results, marketing performance, third-party services, or losses arising from how the client uses the website.

9. Complaints

The client has 14 days after delivery to report issues that do not match the agreed scope. We will review valid complaints and remediate defects related to the contracted work within a reasonable time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
